In 1998, Tom and Katy Hochstetler packed up in Kansas, moved to Estes Park, and bought a little riverside inn called the Silver Moon. It was a big risk—and a big love. They ran the hotel, raised their kids on property, and learned the kind of hospitality that only comes from living it every day.

Tom and Katy are the original owners. Today, their children Adam, Susie, and Hannah manage the hotels, carrying forward the same hands-on, locally rooted approach. Different properties, same promise: clean rooms, kind people, and the inside scoop on making the most of Estes Park—year-round.
